Welcome to Millbrook Village Tyrone, Georgia. Established in 2004, Millbrook Village is a community of 66 single family homes.
Millbrook Village is probably the best kept secret in Fayette county. Our community's convenient access to Hwy74 and I-85 makes for quick travel anywhere in the metro Atlanta area and just minutes from the subdivision are many new shops and restaurants.
Our award winning Fayette county school system is just one reason why Millbrook Village is such a great place to live.
The Board of Directors has established this website to give our homeowners an easy way to view Home Owners Association resources, communicate concerns, and share ideas with the Board of Directors.

As part of the Millbrook Village Neighborhood we are governed by deed covenants that were implemented by the original developer of the neighborhood. If you have not received the covenants as part of your closing documents they can be found on the HOA website.
An Architectural Review Board (ARB) is in place to review new construction and exterior home improvements, excluding landscaping improvements, to ensure that they comply with covenants. Forms and Requests can be found on the HOA website.
We do collect annual dues from each Homeowner that are due by March 31st of each year. For 2020, those dues payments are $200. You will receive a separate mailing from your HOA when dues are being collected.
